Been more than 2 weeks I haven’t received nothing and the tracking ID says cancelled 6 days ago
I selected a 1-star rating because there was no option to give a negative rating.
As promised, the product was never delivered.
When I checked the delivery partner’s portal ( delhivery order id:- AWB 19567110399276), it shows that the order was cancelled by the merchant. I want to clearly state that I never requested cancellation.
Additionally, I did not receive any notification or explanation about the cancellation, and no refund has been processed so far.
This experience has been extremely disappointing due to non-delivery, unauthorized cancellation, lack of communication, and missing refund. I request this issue to be investigated immediately and my refund to be processed without further delay.
I am writing to bring to your attention that I have received only one t-shirt instead of two, although I had booked and paid for two.

Customer care service is word not responding mail timely, phone not connecting and not replying on WhatsApp.
