The product was not delivered by the Delhivery agent and was marked as Delivered. Submitted a complaint about the same to Delhivery team, they called me back after 4-5 days and informed that they will resolve the issue, however, it has been 10 days now and there is no call back or support regarding the same from Delhivery. Not sure why you are choosing such a pathetic delivery partner to deliver your products. I need the refund on the undelivered product.
The colour is not even matching with the photo and fit is bad and also the quality is too much compromised

However seeing that you guys do not even respond to the customer, I see no point of raising the concern since there won’t be any resolution and response.
