Really poor experience. I have paid for the item and it's been more than 4 weeks since the order. When checking the delivery tracking number, it says order cancelled. What about the payment I made? This was the first time I ordered with you guys, but very pathetic experience. I need the refund ASAP.

I have not received any parcel.

After 13 I recieved this Email only but not recieved order yet.

My order is cancelled so pls don’t buy as they don’t have stock
