Returns/Exchange Request

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us. We will accept products back for a full refund as long as it is with its original packaging, receipt and the product itself unused or unworn.

Once we have acknowledged your request, we will raise a Reverse Pick-Up from our end. Our logistics partners will then collect the package from your end (typically between 24-48 working hours) and arrange to ship the package back to us.
 
Upon receiving the product back, we will undergo a quality check (product must be in its original condition with all tags intact) and once approved we shall initiate your refund or exchange request. This process would take 7-10 working days.

We offer a 100% refund if you choose to return your order. Please note, in case of refunds, all amounts will be refunded through online bank transactions only.
